Unethical marketing, misleading customer and booking order debiting the amount by charging credit card and then giving different picture and then threatening to delay refund by 2 1/2 month by your representative Mr Gaurav Kumar, the name as mentioned by the person talking on behalf of you over telephone and still not delivering the material for over a month or sending me the refund. No response to my e-mail to deals@offers.indiatodaybookclub.com.

I am surprised to get such service and unethcal marketing from your esteemed organisation. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount immediately.
