Delay in shipment

I have purchased a HP 8 GB pen drive from flipkart.com on 16 july through online shopping.

Flipkart.com promises delievery in 3 to 5 bussiness days, but after 20 days shipment doesn't

delieverd at location.

I have mailed flipkart 3 times, and every times they say that it will be delieverd in next 24 to 48 hrs.

They are also in no mood for refund my money.
