Order nor yet delivered, but amount is credited from Bank account.
I have made below transaction online from flora stand, money has been deducted from my credit card but the flowers are not yet delivered. Request you to help me in this regards.
We had a discussion over phone and they ensured that the money will be revert back but after that when we drop mails to them they havn't reply any of our mails and also not picking up the phone. Even we told them that we will drag them to consumer forum... but that also not bothered them.
The below mention phone numbers are useless. Once they will pick your phone after that for the second time they will never pick up the phone from same numbere.
