Amount deducted from account - But recharge was not done

I tried twice recharging for a Delhi vodafone number. Transactions failed but I've received messages that amount has been deducted. Please refund the recharge amounts as soon as possible.

Freecharge is Pathetic!! It is not allowing me to even register a complaint in their website showing some erro
