Wrong product has bee n shipped to us

Hello,

i ordered a product from through the promotional offer hosted by SBI CREDIT CARD, it was thriught the website called GIFT360.IN.they offer discounted price for SBI CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S. so we booked a product which is prestige micro chef (product code 2564) on 23/5 through my cell num. 9176201233, after couple of day which is on 7/7 we received a product NOVA ELECTRONIC WEIGHT SCALE which is unacceptable. we called customer care for this issue.they told that they will arrange for the part replacement.after that there was no responce from them.we have contacted them more than 10 time, they are just prolonging it.so i want to take a legal action aganist this.so knindly do the needfull for me in this
