Did Not Refund My Money

Dear Sir,

I had purchased online Delight Kiran S10 - Portable Solar Powered Lamp, 1 no for Rs.474/- (paid by my Axis Bank Debit Card) from bazaar24x7.com on 6th June vie Invoice Number: BAZAAR24X7/PROD0606-11424.

But since today, 30th June the product is not delivered to my address in Jamshedpur & not even i got my money back where as the company promises to deliver products within 2 working days or otherwise your money will get refund to your account in next seven days but in my case it has even crossed 24 days & i'm still waiting for money to get back in my account.

and now they do not even respond to my calls & emails.

I request u to take a strict action against Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.(bazaar24x7.com) for their repeated FRAUD DEALINGS OVER INTERNET, to avoid such cases in future again.

Please help me!
