Refund of money

I have booked my tickets on 31st of December with amount of Rs. 11022 but my ticket was not booked due to some problem in GOIBIBO'S network. I contacted them and they said it was a network problem so book again and your money will be refunded within next 5 to 7 days. I booked tickets with price around 2000rs higher as prices got hicked overnight. Since then i am calling their customer care till day for refund of money but again and again they are saying that it is in process. I am a student and dont have that much of finances to get things done but they are not understanding my problem. instead they are keeping my money with them as its almost a month now. please help me and also suggest me how i can go against them legally so that no one in future can become a victim of such organization.
