Non receipt of refund

I had booked "Magic Bullet" for Rs.1990 a gift for my mother who is turning 70 this month.

When i booked through the net, at one point it said "Not reachable"... and i tried again... i got the same message...

When i checked my HDFC account, i saw both the amounts were deducted... suprising...

When i asked them to refund, on Oct 1st, till date i have not got my refunds... i have placed complaints, and they only say "give us 1-2 days"... but till now nothing has happend.

I tried their helpdesk at 91-80-25208795 and just get the message "your call is important for us... please be on the line"... and gives us a number to SMS... i did that too... but all in vain.

I suggest... please do not go to e-shopping because they do good in another field...
