Dear sir/Mam,

This compliant regarding online shopping I order 3 Teddy Bears on http://www.hindglobal.in/category/175.aspxl. I ordered this gift on 27 August

till now the gift not yet been sent.

I called 10 to 15 times they said already sent the gift u received with in 3 to 5 days every time i call they says same answer.

last week i called on 4 of nov they said u gift came return we ll put u r money back into u r account u ll received on 2 days.

ten days over the money not yet been deposited. I sen mail to customercare@.hindglobal.in but no reply from them.
