Poor service provide

Hi All,

This is in regards to the online recharge made by me on my Idea Net Setter, using the details given at the main Idea Online recharge site, http://www.onlinerecharge.in/idea-net-setter-online-recharge.html.

The details given at the main site are totally false and misguiding. The customer care too irritates you so much and of no help at all. Even the Nodal officer never responds to your query.

I made an online recharge of Rs. 599 on my Idea Net setter prepaid as per the details given at the main official site of Idea, but the irony is now they say that the recharge if of Rs 598. The false details provided by the Idea and the disappointing response of the customer care and the nodal officer makes Idea a worst service provider.
