Abot bill amount and incorrect information of data card plans

I am a customer of idea data (Internet) card

1) at 5 th Jan 10, call from customer care and told that ur bill amount is 2010.I told that pls clarify but they dont clarify, i was call them daily from 5 th Jan to 20th Jan, they told any time technical problem.

2) 22 Jan they disconnect net facilty, and told ur bill amount is 3000.

3) about 2000 bill, they told me u use the 1010 MB date of 28.12.09. and bill amount is 2000.
