Faulty billing

I have taken an IDEA NETSETTER data card in January with the package details of 750Rs (850/- with 100/-discount for first 6 months) charges for 7GB monthly usage.

For feb and march i recieved 750/- bill and paid the same.

On 10th april afternoon, i got a message on that idea no. that i have used up 6.1GB of data for the current billing cycle. After that, considering usage on 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th (14 and 15 i was out of town), bill was generated on 15th April as :

- Data usage of 12.4GB (i havent used 6GB in 4 days!!) even if i had crossed the usage limit.. it would have been 7.5GB!

- Usage charges=2600. Total amount due = 3700!!!

I sent an email to karnataka customer care for Idea and they tell me that nothing went wrong with the billing process.
