Lapse of Delivery of the gift booked online

I booked cake, flowers n teddy bear for my little friend's bday. Booked it a week before the bday. An email before the delivery date stated it has been shipped. It was booked for 8th April at 10am. It has yet not reached... its now 12am 9th april. Evening wen i searched for a number to figure out the reason for the lapse they said the delivery boy went twice n cud not figure out the house and instead of apologizing complained about the area the parcel is being sent to.. Also said the person the gift is to be parceled is not taking the call. On asking to repeat the mobile number, i figured out tht he had noted a wrong number. Moreover why was a call not directed to me if they were failing to figure out the address all day long... Its a next day... the bday has got over now... M still waiting for the parcel to get delivered... will they deliver it at all or cheat on me completely... IF U WANT TO GET UR GIFTS DELIVERED ON TIME PLZ AVOID INDIAFLOWERPLAZA
