I just want to say only one think that Indiamart is incapable to retain its own employees, They are just making money to using new blood means--newly MBA's or graduates, then how it is possible they will care about their clients. Employees are just like a slave for Indiamart & clients are just like a escape goat. I & most of my friend who has already worked in Indiamart they had left their Job. company has been completed approx 15 to 16 years in market but they are having approx 30 to 35 slaves, who are continuously working in Indiamart. Then any one can easily understand what would be the company reputation in the market. So its my suggestion to employees Do, nt waist your valuable Time & Money to join Indiamart.
