Money is not refunded even after cancellation

I placed an order, a book, with IndiaPlaza with order number:-IN1705110429. The book wasn't available with them so it took them 11 days to say that the book is not available to them. Then on 31st May I asked them to cancel the order, so they cancelled the same and informed me that they have initiated the money refund process and that I'll receive the same within 5-6 days. 12 days has passed since then and there is no sign of money refunds. And their only means of contacts, there tickets, they also have started neglecting them and there is no reply of them since 5-6 days. Please help me getting my money back or atleast help me what should I do.
