Refund still not Received

Dear Sir,

This payment of Rs.5498 was made on 28-01 having Order No. BAGITTODAY/0GA100002208 for Nokia 3500 Classic Phone & Other Free Gift Vouchers and things. The same was cancelled voluntarily by their department without my concent or information for which I was informed on 19-02, since then I have sent numerous e-mail for refund, which is still pending, even after 2 months of payment and more than 1 month after the cancellation.

This kind of perthetic, unethical, un-professional and down the grade service was not at all expected from a company who is a part of a reputed news group i.e. INDIA TODAY GROUP.
