Tickets not received

I also booked the tickets for 04 April but have not received my tickets Still Today In fact, my transaction money was debited from my card. I was told that the money would be refunded within a week but it is still not credited back.

I have been cheated for Rs 560 and dont know what to do. I Perches date 20.02.10 Ticket No-12185 Transaction No-43435 Match KKR VS DD Mtch Kolkata Eden Grden, 4th April Please help Me.
