Broadband connection not working

There is a landline number 23747238 connected at IRCTC (Indian railway catering & Tourism Corporation)

office at IRCA building near new delhi railway station. My broadband connection is not working from last 20 days.

Last complaint i logged at 23n November. Complaint number is 640038729110. No action has been taken yet

from MTNL.My office work is getting effected because lacking of internet availability. Today also i logged complaint

again on 1504, New complaint number is 64200095.
