Local agents are struck the web site in the area of dabagarden, railwaystatation area, big bazar area, dwarakanagar area

I g.vasu deva rao from Hyderabad. i came to visakapatnam. i tried to reserve the ticket on line in irctc.co.. but unfortunately the irctc.co site is not oped. since three days. here i came to know that local agents are locked the web site and served is not working . agents system are opened other public. the agents are sale the ticked in block.so take the action on agents.
