No money refund by 100bestbuy

I ordered Police sunglasses more than a month back and 100bestbuy were unable to deliver it. Instead of cancelling/refunding the amount they were giving other option to buy any other product. But at least I cancelled it because of their services, I was unable to track my order and not able to sign in to the web site. The main thing what i found they are not at all tracking their records what customer has ordered. When you call and ask that time only they will wake up and make complain for which they will not return back to you. So again if you call then also they are not sure about the status. this is how they are working for on-line shopping.

I am doing a continuous follow-up on call and email to get my money back. but they people are somehow want customer to keep silent and they can eat money.

100best by online shopping is a fake and really a ridiculous.
