Hi All,

I booked a ticket on KSRTC online portal on 24th May (OB REFERENCE NUMBER : 'OB3823111'), but the trasaction failed due to some unknown reason, I used by ICICI net banking facility for transaction. I asked for refund but not received yet..

I mailed onlinerefund@ksrtc.org but did not get any responce, I called on 080 – 22220386 but nobody answered.

please help resolve this. I see tonnes of complaints against KSRTC, not sure why they are not taking any corrective steps.
