Failed booking amount refund

I had tried booking for the Kochi Tuskers Vs Royal Challengers IPL Match (on 9th April) today.

After successful net transfer for the amount of 1310.30/- Rs, the site gave me an error

"Invalid bank account details. Please restart the ticketing process". But the amount already been transferred to your account. Customer service mails are not acknowledged and their customer care number is always busy or not connecting. There is no way to contact them too.
