Non refund of ticket money

I bought a online ticket of IPL Match from kyazoonga.com on 14/04. I Made payment of 527.58 Rs. through corporation bank net banking with A/c No. CA01000305 .payment was deducted from my a/c but ticket was not generated.when i went to D.Y. Patil stadium for complaint they replied that the amount will be refunded in A/c within 5 days but until now payment is not credited in my account. My transaction ID was CCA11DABA936 & Merchant Name CC Avenues. My A/c No. is CA01000305.Kindly help me in this regard
