No Refund Money

Respected Sir,

My Name is Vijay (Mumbai Maharashtra). In the Month 15 October-11 we did transaction (Rs. 2400) with Leeway Solution as per discussion Mr. Tejas Jani for purchasing SMS Pack for our NGO Organization. but we didn't get suitable pack. after that we send request to Mr. Tejas Jani (Leeway Solution) for refund our Money which we already transferred Rs. 2400 in A/c No. 204420110000206 Leeway Solution (Bank Of India, Anand Nagar Road). He was agree to refund and said us that "we refund your money within 15 days means on Dt. 1st November". But he due to failure...

After that whenever we contact them, they given fake commitment in hardly language... we have stored transaction receipt and all communications E-mail which came from Mr. Tejas Jani & Leeway Solution Company..there company details given as below :-
