NOT RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE

Hi,

I ordered a leg massager about two weeks back online and paid them the very day as well. On the website it displays that it would take 1-2 days to ship the product. However, it's been more than two weeks and the product hasn't reached yet. It was for the birthday gift of my mother. These people not only screwed up my mum';s birthday gift, but also showed a high level of unprofessional-ism. I would never recommend any one to buy anything from them.

I called up to chase the product, but my phone is not getting answered too. The delivery guy calls up and says that they have received the paperwork, but the company forgot to ship the parcel. What the hell???

I am looking forward for some justice here and would strongly recommend to take a strict action against such behaviour. Thanks
