Lowepro fastpack 350 bag
No refund initiative

Hi this is Kamalesh das from Cooch behar, West bengal. recently i

placed an order of Lowepro fastpack 350 bag from ebay India on 25th apr. with the following details

product id- 290689220575

(PaisaPay ID 31209336846)

but after the last date of delivery

i did not receive the product. it is the most horrible experience ever shopping when i claimed

for the refund on 4th may but after 8 day u did nor even approve my refund amount.meanwhile i called the seller they also said that they could not help me further to get the product and agreed for refund. i feel helpless and cheated. Still no action by E-bay. They are ignoring their own policies and unnecesarily working in favour of the seller who is not bothered to deliver any item.

so it is my request to take initiative to get my money refund so that

i could shop further.
