Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I bought a 3G data card on friday (15-07) with 1250 rs offer plan. It was committed by the dealer that it will be working fine. After 2 days connection gets disconnected without giving me any prior notice from the company. When i contact to customer care (9891012345) they say that they can't help it in that. Well my question is why does company give importance presale product why not post sale services like customer satisfaction etc.

Its my request to continue my services otherwise i have no other option to go to consumer court. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. Waiting for positive response...
