POOR SERVICE

I have a broad band connection with MTS Mblaze No 8453134908. From the day one it gives me frustration than any service, I was earlier using AIRCEL Pocket Internet which was giving much higher speed than what the Broad band of MTS gives us at Rs 798.00. majority of the time the sites will not open for hours and always comes as timed out. Yesterday too i recharge with Rs 798 which ideally should give 3.1 MBPS speed, it is giving 114 KBPS. This company is systematically looting the company and shame on these people who do not respond even after repeated calls. Now I want to change the SP and anybody please tell which is better broad band.
