THEY ARE BIG TIME CROOK

Hi. I have taken MTS MBLAZE in month of september.one agent has come to deliver it.i have submitted all my documents dully signed at time of delivery only. As per the policy of MTS (or in general internet service provider also) if any customer dint submit their document within 7 working dayz, they deactivate the service. Now after 97 dayz of using my device they disconnected my device saying that they havent received any documents of mine. I called customer care they are not even talking properly. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.My concern is when i have submitted all my documents where they are gone. Did agent used my document for any crook??? I cant let him go just like that with my documents. So my dear User we just cant sit back let them do this with customers..Being a reponsible indian. We need to take some serious action against this. Please suggust me how can i proceed. Egarly waiting for reply.
