Not adhering to the offer with new connection& Reebok Shoe

Hello Sir/Madam,

I took a new connection from MTS Mblaze two months back and they promised me to give a pair of reebok shoes free with the new connection as per their promotional offer within 15 days. But its three months still i have not recieved it from them. I called them on numerous occasion and everytime they say that they have dispatched it but to no avail. Its really disgrace to such a company which is fooling around with people with such fraud offers. I would reccomend anyone reading this not to go for MTS connecton as performance as well as support wise also it is pathetic.

Kindly look into my matter and please help me.
