Poor services

I recharged my mts mblaze number which is 9136145928 with Rs 999 and validity 30 days on Sunday 27 feb..since then i am unable to use it..i have been continuously complaining to the company since that day..they always call me back and tell me that the issue has been resolved..however i am not able to connect to the internet throuoght their services..

i am able to use similiar modem of different company to use the services..

mts has looted me... they ar eunable to provide me my dues

every day they have charged me is approx Rs 33 .. i want all my money back please
