I had purchase a mts mblaze data card (hybrid) from company's authorized showroom of rohtak (haryana). my mts no. is 9138986940. i purchase this in Rs. 2150 in place of other data card which is of Rs.1500 because dealer tell me that in that you enjoy extra benefit the benefit is that :-

On recharing of Rs. 490 monthly company give you 3Gb surfing (for life time and this skim doesnot close). In other plan 3 Gb surfing is in Rs.789. But on next month when i recharge of 490 dealer refuses for recharing and says company close this skim. But on purchaisng he said this skim is going on lifetime and doesn't close.
