Didn't get the Reebok Offer given by MTS

Hi,

i am tarunraj,

i have taken an mts blaze modem no.9141901245 activated on 16th Nov with an offer of a pair of reebok shoes free with the modem... but i have not recived the shoes yet... i have twice given complaint 2 customer care... but their was no proper care taken on my complaint... it should have been reached by 20 days as said by company... but it has been almost 2month now... i am really fedup by the company responce... pls help me if u can... thank you
