Does not work and the concerned people are not helping me

To whomsoever it concerns.

i had bought an mts broadband, which is not working @all.i came to know that it has been registered in somebody else's name & activated long before i even bought it, this was their first fraud.their engineers had come to my place to find out the problem but they could resolve it.i wasted a lot of money in it, the mts was in the service centre, since more than 2 weeks, they gave it back to me, but still it is not working.pls help me.
