Zero Internet Speed

Sir,

I am Ankit Saini using MTS Data Card (Card No. 9136922128). I recharged my data card on dated 07/19 with 999/- (unlimited plan) before time (time of expiry was 22/07) due to very slow internet speed, but even after recharge it I am not getting any speed (send/ received speed= 0 Kbps).

I have complained two times in last 6 days but no solution and please also not that in last 4 months, I have wasted my - due to such issues.

Please help me out, I would be thankful to you.
