Very poor service

Dear All,

i have using MT'S M- blaze since long last time now i am getting problem since last 2 months i have given numbers of complaint but till no one was take action.

It is very difficult to take my issue with higher authorities because none of local employees are ready to give me contact details.

Because they want to hide they failure in my case they have not taken any action & even i am not getting response also. Such a irresponsible employees are working with your aurangabad branch.

My humble request is that take my complaint as request send sr technical person to my home to test signal strength & take some necessary action to regain signal strength.
