MTS Mblase Internet Modem
Its not working

Rahul Sant Kumar. I have purchased MTS Broadband connection Mblaze data card (No. 9136958129) your authorised distributor on 26th April but its not working on same day and same time. I have complaint on your customer care centre and my compalint no. is apr4863 but he is not give me satisfactory answer, he told me that technical engineer will be visit on your house on 5th May. but I can't wait any more days. So, please give me excellence service on your side otherwise refund my money immediately and this is my humble request to you please give me answer your working hour on 29th April otherwise I have take action against your company.
