Non payment of cash back money even after 4 months

Dear Sir, I have been cheated by www.cazbak.in as I found them as a big time cheaters. I have done some transaction through them in flipkart.com, myntra.com and shaadi.com but they have given me my due credit even after 3 months. I have contacted them on enormous times but all have gone in deaf ears. Everytime I have written a mail to them they tried to avoid that and after writing 3 -4 times they have replied saying your cash backs will be credit soon. I have given ultimatum to them saying that I will complaint against you if the dues are not paid to several consumer forum but observed them as little bothered. I am supposed to get at least 500 bucks from them but they consumed my money.

Now I have found similar websites from the internet through www.similarsites.com search and one of them (www.pennyful.in) a mnc company is crediting my money back on time. I am still searching for some other websites hoping to get a better cash backs.

Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful so that I can get back my money back.
