On the event of GOSF held on 12/12 i ordered a cellphone viz sony xperia j availing the special discount offered by the above mentioned online site. since cod was not available i even made the payment for the product which was due to be dispatched by 14/12. Later, i got a mail stating that my order is cancelled because it couldn't be dispatched. this is totally harassing as i already waited for the delivery for nearly a week and then they cancel the purchase. now even refund would take at least a week or so.

If they didn't have the product available, why put it on sale?

moreover customer care straightaway tells you to wait for 15 min before the put you on call with an executive and there is no contact listed on the site of the site owner.

help me as i need the phone on urgent basis
