Faulty product Nova 25 lit geyser delivered, no service is given from the past 25 days

Bought Nova geyser 25 lit from Homeshop18 due to winter season.

Order no. 918862915 dt. 12/11/12

Product delivered on 26/11.

from the day 1 this geyser is not working, complainted many times to Homeshop18 team over phone & mails, except phone listening till now no service engineer from Homeshop18 or from Nova has come us and not repaired so far

understood worst service from Homeshop18

it is almost 25 days crossed after product delivery, but i m unable to enjoy the services of geyser

Request your intervention and resolve my issue.
