Purchased an Ecommerce site hosting plan from UCVHost but have not been able after many attempts to get services as paid for.
The customer service seems unable to resolve issues and after requesting refund communications seems to have stopped.
I suspect customer support is not a concern for UCvHost but it does appear money is very important and probably the only concern. I would avoid this website hosting if you need the site working and available.
