Mobile office does not work properly

Dear sir

i'm using airtel GPRS for access to internet (it's basically about net surfing).for this I paid 89.00 Rs for entire mounth.but when I use it through by my laptop it can access only 2MB (2048kb) further it will stop.

to reduce this problem I was dial customer care center but they didn't pick the phone.

so I want to stop this service gets back my money.
