Disconection request

I am using Home DSL 0172-4634559 telephone number and getting every month huge billing, I can't see my details of uses coz i have to pay more 100 rs to check, I am using rs-399 billing play according to which i have 24 hours free internet but at very pathatice internet surfing speed. Coustmer care is helpless to solve this issue.

you plan is Rs-399 but getting every month Rs-800 to Rs-1000 bill amount and the amazing part i can't see for what i m paying coz details can aviable on extra charges.

I request u to disconnect this conection urgently.
