Dear Sir,

I have logged a complaint in Airtel regarding my internet and telephone is not working since date 10/4, The telephone no is 07662403183 i have taken multiple follow up but my problem is same. I suffering from last one week there is no serious action taken by the airtel and closed the ticket with out any confirmation given to me.

Sir/ Madam your intervention is required on the same. Pls help me on the issue because i m facing alots of problem.
