Subject: Wrong Information given my Business Development Executive & Refund of

Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) Charges,

Reference: My S/B A/c No. 048010100492065 with Axis Bank Limited, Civil Lines Nagpur.

At the time opening of account, the Business Development Executive (Shri Vilas Bankar) of Axis Bank, had came to my office and he was convinced me for Zero Balance Account against my axis bank credit card. So, I am convinced and open my account with Axis Bank Limited under the ZERO BALANCE (Against Credit Card).

After the Opening of Bank Accounts with Axis Bank Ltd., the Axis Bank has been charged Rs. 827.27 per quarterly as a Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) Charges. And now my account was zero balance but they are charged AQB balance under lien of my account. I am given the complaints about this matter in writing in bank's branch and by emails.

Therefore, I am requested to you please look into the matter & enquire about this matter.
