AQB Charges

I was Having S.B.ACCOUNT no 007501008610 with your S.R.NAGAR BRANCH FOR the last 8 years and always maintained the AQB .As I was not received quaterely statement in time, my AQB was fallen short and the bank has debited as 843/- as aqb charges on 20.10.08 which came to my notice only after receiving bank statement for DEC.08 Quareter only and on contcting the Branch operation Manager, He told me that He can do nothing regarding AQB Charges. I am a lower paid salary person and could not afford to loose money in AQB charges, HENCE DECIDED to close the Account and given a letter for closure of a/c to Branch operations manager which he duly agreed.

Now after a gap of six months I Have received a Bank statement showing a debit Balance of 1712.37 which is nothing but AQB Charges for 2 quarters and interest thereon. May I request you to Kindly Interfare in the matter and get close the above A/c and stop harrassing me.
