Facts of the Case:
we have purchased a RO machine (Silver Neno) of Aqua Guard having S.No. BD-060000111 in the name of Sh. Sikhar chand Jain in Kaman Baratpur Rajasthan - 321022 from your agent named Vijay.
After 4-6 months the taste of water gradually get bad and the quantity of water come in to water storage get reduced in comparison to scrape water. we have called to vijay so many times but there is no reply and no post sale services is as such provided. Now the water is not drinkable and taste is not tolerable and we are regularly buying 25 ltr. bottle of mineral water from outside source it cost to us Rs. 60 per day and this the position from last 2-4 months.
