Not Refunding Admission amt

Hello,

My sister Renu mishra took an admission in the above college for B.Ed course for the current year.

The mgm/principal have taken 30000 from us ensuring that they will grant the admission and the rest of the fees (from 80000) to be paid later. We decided to cancel the admssion, since we have some financial crisis. We have asked the principal for the same and are ready to accept the amount with the cut.

But the principal has said that she wont return any amt. and she is delaying to return the documents (results, etc.).

We need your help.
