Egarding birla insurance

Dear sir or madam

I have one time birla insurance, of 1 lak which i took on 28 april more then 4 years, I was about to surrender this policy after 2 years but i got mail from birla that i have pay surrender charges if i surrender before 4 years, So i decided to surrender the policy after four years now i got the mail from birla that i have pay surrender charges up to 7 years.

I attach my mail copy to them that they mail me that i have to give no surrender charges after 4 years they are not giving any response to me. I asked to customer care they said please attach the mail and send to them but again no response.

Please kindly tell me what i have to do as these big companies having contradiction in their talks. Please suggest
