DRESS MATERIAL PROBLEM

I have purchased a salwar suit worth Rs.3500/- from Asopalav on 19th March. I had worn it only once nd second time when i was about to wear it, i found that one of the sleeves were torn off due to friction with the work on the body of the salwar. I had visited the shop soon and registered my compalint but they didnt respond properly and firmly said that they can not bring any solution to it. I was not told anything about the material and its risk during time of purchase.
